From a maths perspective, it is better to pay cash.
Things which might change this is, if you are points rich and cash poor, have nothing better planned to use your points on in the future, chances that you might need to change or cancel the flight.
Oh no this is tragic. I buy max bundles with all of my many Jetstar tickets. I was obviously on to a good thing which is why they have cut the benefits. I will need to work out how bad these changes are.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but there is nothing easy about buying the Mastercard deal this week. You'll be lucky to find two on the first day if you get there at opening time but I expect that will be it for the week.

How do you justify the cost of the first class flight? Presumably you spent only half the flight awake and well, there isn't much to do on a plane either.
I will only book with Klook now. Cheap and reliable. Best part is that they have a staffed lounge at international arrivals (impossible to miss as you can't walk out of the terminal without walking past it). Peace of mind that there is a fixed meeting point and someone to call your driver if needed.
The terms says they'll only add enough status nights to take you up to gold so if you already had 20 then they could only add 10.
Better for you to not renew A+ in October, wait until Dec for the 30 nights from fast track, renew A+ to get another 20 and then hurry up and stay 10 more nights...
With Accor points as good as cash (for hotel stays) it pains me to see them being swapped for QFF at a rate of 3.25 cents each. I can only hope they are being put towards some really good flight redemptions.
From the airport I made the mistake of walking north across the airport car park and ended up getting lost.
I returned to the airport around 5am the next morning using the much easier route via the McDonalds.
