Changing SQ redemption flight after travel

One question for the SQ gurus here - I for the life of me cannot remember Are you allowed to change your inbound / return SQ redemption flight after departure - i.e. I'm happy to book my outbound but may need to change my inbound once my outbound has been taken

not strictly Australian I know, but here is an interesting article that appeared in the Singapore press. In short, 1. BNE Domestic to International 1.5hours enough?

Thinking of redeeming QF J SYD -xBNE - HKG one a single ticket. They are asking for a 1:30 transit time in BNE to go from DOM to INT. Is this time reasonable / doable assuming my flight is not delayed? I know that the terminals are not co-located and I will need to take a free bus?

A tale of two children (in J)

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times... No this is not one of those periodic threads debating whether infants / children should be allowed in the J cabin (I think angel children should be allowed, monster babies sent to the cargo hold or, better, fly DHL*) But i was flying SQ...

Has anyone seen anybody kicked out of the priority check in counters?

So I fly a lot and use the F / J counters due to my OW status. Most of the time the line is not policed. Sometimes the line has a person standing there asking if you are Elite / F / J or whatever. I know what I'm doing so just say yes and they dont check or ask for further proof. So what is...

SYD: Marriott Circular Quay or Westin

I am both SPG Gold (and now Marriott Gold). Tossing up between the Marriott at Circular Quay or the Westin at Martin Place. Location wise, both places are fine for what I want to do in Sydney. I have stayed at the Westin before, it wasn't too memorable compared to Melbourne's. Never stayed at...

QF PER-SIN to go double daily, Jetstar no more

So read that QF will go double daily on PER-SIN, but using the 738 aircraft. Won't swing it for me - cannot expect a 738 to be competitive from a full service airline with SQ much better. The bigger news though is that JQ is pulling out of that route? Qantas’s Perth-Singapore route to go...

QF ticket: infant turns 2 midway through journey

As I understand from QF's infant policy, if a child turns 2 partway through a journey, they can continue using the infant ticket Infant and child age requirements So my sister had an issue with this, where her child turned 2 part way through the journey. There was some confusion at PER checkin...

Does QF release Business (U) seats close to departure?

Hi was wondering if there is a pattern towards QF releasing business redemption (U class) seats at a certain time close to departure? At the moment, looking at QF25 SYD-HND (17 Oct). Per expert flyer seems wide open (J9, C9 D9 I9 and PE also open W9 R9 T8), so unlikely to be oversold. 1 pax...
