Thanks for all your help everyone. I am leaning towards Grand Hyatt now, as Qantas Hotels is 10% cheaper than Hyatt rate, and 6x points per $1 spent Given Lune croissant is opposite grand Hyatt, that would make a great breakfast!

minimum spend is $250 for the 5k QFF points so I will easily meet it. Just going through the options and seeing how I can maximize my points earnt whilst balancing value for money haha
