Yeah there was no limit mentioned and it's quite easy to plan weekends away.

I haven't done my AFCA complaint yet, mainly worried about my EDR account being banned for life
Given the insurance is done through NIB (who purchase the points from WW), I don't think the risk of this is very high. Also (having spoken with a few Everyday Rewards team members about this), they seem just as frustrated with NIB as I am.

Annoyingly, it's EDR claiming it's their Fair Play Policy that prevents the awarding of more than 30k bonus points. I don't see why I should have to deal with NIB in relation to EDR policy or missing EDR points.
