I recently took up a subscription to EF after a couple of years away, and set up seat and flight schedule alerts for about 15 upcoming flights, mainly Australian domestic.

A Qantas flight was cancelled (not 'zeroed out' :) ) and so it and the connection had to be re-booked. I got an alert from Qantas and re-booked it to a much earlier flight on the day. This is the EF seat alert I had set:

I didn't get an alert from EF - either SMS or e-mail. @JohnM I think has also had missed alerts recently.

Is there a known glitch that might have caused this, or maybe I set the alert incorrectly?

I paid for a subscription this week and I've only had the time to log on once and haven't had chance to set up anything. Hope it's worth it 🤔

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Many of the airlines listed on the reward search have also been broken for an extended period.

Yep - VS is one that comes to mind. It is also showing various VA award seats as unavailable when they are in fact available (both to Velocity members and through other partner airlines).
