Extra background associated with your avatar pic

@andye any idea how you’ve got some extra background associated with your avatar pic?
I clicked on it whilst scrolling the wordle page and this is what I see:


You have what appears to be the old AFF flight tracker (or current OpenFlights tracker) map behind your name and avatar.

I clicked on about 10-15 others names and only @serfty has the same thing going on:


Everyone else seems to have generic light coloured background.

Maybe @support might be better placed to answer?

@Scarlett , it is called a "Profile Banner"

Depending on your AFFmerbership it may or nay not be available to you.

If you can set up one, click on your avatar to the left of the Reply editor box, a pop up will appear.

Select the Settings Cog and a new page will open with options including "Profile Banner". I am assuming if the option is available to you, you will be able to upload one there.

Unfortunately it's just a screenshot not a linked page but I do miss the old functionality

The profile banner is a benefit of a paid membership (such as gold).
