Fast track USA entry

I'm planning a forthcoming trip to the USA with my family early next year unfortunately we will be arriving in LAX on the way through to PBI and I'm looking for ways to fast track through the security process. Can anyone tell me a little more about CLEAR and TSA pre check? Will these options or others, help us move through security faster? Are there particular credit cards in the US that come with these features as a card benefit?

GE comes with TSA Pre that is all you will need.
CLEAR is a separate program just for security.

It isn’t done out of the country AFAIK.
Can do it on arrival at many of the airports including LAX.

I did my original interview years ago and it was booked for landside at LAX when I was staying there. No interview required for me for renewal.
