Inputting on lounge link up grid

Having tried and failed can anyone advise how you input onto the lounge link up grid?

You just post your details in the month you are travelling.

So for example, if you're flying in September on Qantas from BNE then you say that, optionally (specifics help) providing info such as flight time and flight number, and if you need to be guested or can guest someone else in. You CANNOT ask for a lounge pass, but you can ask to be someones guest. There is a difference.
