Does anyone know if Avianca (AV) offers any sort of service between SYD-LAX (with stopover) or as a codeshare, with Airbus aircraft?

My grandparents are supposedly flying SYD-LAX last this month using them, but checking out their website I can not find SYD as an option nor LAX for that matter.
Could it be a codeshare? It's suppose to be a Y+ booking, and it's suppose to be some sort of Airbus aircraft and the biggest I see in their fleet is a A332 (Doable maybe)...

Any thoughts?

Definitely not Avianca metal - are they connecting from anywhere..
Maybe with United given Avianca is becoming a star member and codeshares.

Thankfully Avianca doesn't fly to YQY

Alternately is it VA not AV ??

I did question if it was VA, but my grandfather was very insistant that it was AV... I did wonder about the UA codeshare, but he was also very insistant that it was an Airbus A/C, and UA's airbusses can't do LAX/SYD...

I'm just a little worried that they may have found a too good to be true deal, although my grandparents are normally very savvy travellers...
