Travel Insurance - Three Adults?

None of the travel insurers I've visited online seem to let you create a policy that covers three adults, is there a reason for this? and is there one that will?

Travellers are aged 18, 21 and 22 so I don't think it's age related,

I have a multi trip/annual travel insurance plan with covermore for 3 adults and 1 infant. Ages of adults are 19, 29 and 30 :) and i could have added more.

I did it all online myself!

^^ haha opps!!

I used Covermore and i meant to say i booked it online myself as past covermore insurance cover was booked through family member who wirked at flight centre.

I usually use HBF insurance but they didnt offer this multi trip annual cover :)

edit: i did post the name of the insurer above???
 
If you're not part of the same family I don't think there is a policy that will cover you. TID for example will cover children 21 and under with an adult. As below
This means your dependent children or grandchildren under the age of 21 at the date of policy issue who are travelling with you.
