Qantas epiQure is Qantas’ online wine retailer. It’s a popular place among AFF members to buy wine due to the generous amounts of bonus Qantas points that come with many of the wines. What’s more, Qantas is currently offering up to 10,000 bonus Qantas points and free delivery on all Qantas epiQure wine purchases over the Easter long weekend!
Buying wine from Qantas epiQure is a quick and easy way to earn Qantas points. For example, you can currently earn as many as 10,000 bonus Qantas points with a purchase of a dozen wines for $282. Not only do you get a great case of wine, but you’re getting 10,000 points for less than it would cost you to otherwise buy Qantas points. (Qantas sells 10,000 top-up points for $335 – and that’s just for the points without the wine!)
Qantas normally charges a delivery fee on wine orders under $300. The delivery fee is always waived for Qantas epiQure premium members, but Qantas is extending free delivery to everyone until Monday 2 April.
Qantas epiQure bonus point deals change from time to time. You’ll find a complete list of bonus point deals on the epiQure website. But we’ve put together a list of some of the best Qantas epiQure wine deals currently available over the Easter long weekend:
-
Easter Red Dozen – 10,000 Qantas points for $282
This case comes with a dozen quality red wines (2 bottles each of 6 different types) and a generous 10,000 Qantas points for $282, or a cost of 2.82 cents per point.
-
Byron and Harold Shiraz Rose Thorns 2016 (case of 12) – 8,000 Qantas points for $198
This case has the best bonus points offer available this weekend. 8,000 points for $198 (a cost of 2.48 cents per point) is not shabby at all when it also comes with a dozen bottles of shiraz.
-
Olivers Taranga Vermentino or Fiano 2017 (case of 6) – 5,000 Qantas points for $144
Both the Vermentino and Finao 2017 varieties come with 5,000 Qantas points for a case of six. (There are also plenty of other cases of six that come with 5,000 bonus points, but these particular cases are the cheapest. Most cost $150-180.)
-
Pommery Brut Royal Champagne (case of 6) – 3,000 Qantas points for $297
This case doesn’t come with as many bonus points, but $297 for half a dozen bottles of this quality champagne is a genuinely good deal. Even without the 3,000 bonus points, you’re unlikely to find a much better price for Pommery Brut Royal champagne in Australia.
-
Tattinger Comtes de Champagne – $230 per bottle
This champagne doesn’t come with any bonus points, but $230 per bottle (30% off) is an excellent price.
The above offers expire on Monday 2 April 2018. You can discuss Qantas epiQure wine offers (and anything else related to wine) on the Australian Frequent Flyer forum: epiQure latest offering
