If you’ve had to cancel multiple flights or travel bookings due to the COVID-19 travel restrictions, you’ve probably ended up with lots of flight credits or vouchers. Like frequent flyer points, these airline-issued travel credits have an expiry date. If you don’t use them by their expiry date, you’ll stand to lose the value of your bookings.
If you’re well-organised and only have one or two travel credits to worry about, you should have no trouble remembering to redeem your vouchers before they expire. But if you have many different vouchers, and from different airlines, Award Wallet could be a real help in keeping track of them all.
To use this feature, simply log into your Award Wallet account and go to “Manually Track” and “Travel Voucher”:

Award Wallet will then store the information you’ve entered and, if you’ve opted in, send you a reminder email before the voucher is due to expire.
