Qantas Business Rewards members can now earn triple Qantas points for their business on Australian domestic flights. This promotion covers bookings made between 9-15 February 2021, for travel until 31 December 2021.
To take advantage of this offer, you would need to be a Qantas Business Rewards member and register on the Qantas website. Then, enter your business’ ABN and the passenger’s Qantas Frequent Flyer number when booking any Qantas domestic flight by 15 February.
With this offer, the traveller will not earn any additional Qantas points in their personal account. Instead, the business will receive triple points to its Qantas Business Rewards account.
Qantas Business Rewards points are earned as a percentage of the number of Qantas points earned by the traveller, based on the business’ membership level in the Qantas Business Rewards program. For example, a business in the base “Level 1” would normally earn 20% of the regular Qantas points earned by the passenger. With this promotion, that would increase to 60%.
You can check the Qantas and Jetstar earning table or the Qantas points calculator to see how many points are normally earned by the traveller for any given flight.
Qantas Business Rewards points can be redeemed for reward flights or transferred at a 1:1 rate to any Qantas Frequent Flyer account, although you must transfer at least 3,000 points at a time.
There is normally an $89.50 fee to join the Qantas Business Rewards program, however the joining fee is currently being waived. An ABN is required to join the program.
The triple Qantas Business Rewards points offer is running simultaneously with a double Velocity points offer on Virgin Australia flights booked by 17 February 2021.
