Bonus Qantas Points + 50 Status Credits with Qantas Insurance

Qantas is currently giving 50 bonus status credits and up to 150,000 bonus Qantas Frequent Flyer points to new Qantas Health Insurance customers.

The Qantas Health Insurance “10-Day Frenzy” offer is available to new customers that sign up by 30 November 2020 and keep their insurance policies for at least 60 days.

To earn the 50 Qantas status credits, you would just need to sign up for any eligible Qantas Health Insurance policy by 30 November.

But the total number of bonus Qantas Frequent Flyer points will depend on your policy and level of cover. All insurance policies will earn Qantas points, although you would need to buy Gold Hospital and Top Extras cover for a Couple, Single Parent, or Family.

Here is the number of bonus Qantas Frequent Flyer points available during this promotion for Singles cover:

And here’s how many Qantas points you’ll earn with a Couples, Families or Single Parents health insurance policy:

More information is available on the Qantas Insurance website.

In addition to the sign-up bonus points, you’ll earn 1 Qantas point for all Qantas Insurance premiums paid. Taking out a Qantas Insurance policy also unlocks the full points-earning potential of the Qantas Wellbeing App.

The bonus status credits earned from this promotion may be counted towards the current Qantas Gold Fast Track offer. If you’re eligible to have your status credits rolled over to your next membership year, they may also count towards this. But the status credits won’t contribute towards any Loyalty Bonuses, Platinum or Platinum One Bonus Rewards, or a Tier Accelerator challenge.

This Qantas Health Insurance deal is one of several current opportunities to earn status credits without flying. Others include the Red Energy and Qantas Premier Platinum credit card deals.

This offer is not available to customers who have had a health insurance policy with Qantas, nib, AAMI, Apia, GU Health or Suncorp any time in the last 6 months.
