I am moving to Chile this month for 1-2 years. After that will be living in NY where my partner will be working.
I am currently QF WP, year end 30 Sept.
Have 2 x J class flights before then SYD-SCL (OW) & SCL-NYC (RTN) Currently on 150SC.
Highly unlikely to requalify as low travel this year, will have soft landing to Gold.

With new location I am debating changing program. Love my Emerald status. Love flying J preferably if I dont pay :)
Anticipated travel PA in J:
South America and US (2-3times)
South American and OZ once/ maybe twice
International Within South America 6-8 trips

Any thoughts and feedback appreciated.

Not a easy question to answer.

Have you looked at each of those programs? With the sort of planned travel you should be able to maintain Qantas Platinum assuming you can get the 4 QF sectors. AA Executive Platinum looks a little out of reach but I have not any detailed calculations.
