This has been mentioned on AFF before so we went when in Barbados at the beginning of December.I thought I would describe it for others who might be interested.
It is right beside BGI and there is a path from the terminal.if you have some time to kill it would be worthwhile.I really enjoyed it.We drove there and when we arrived there were only 2 taxis there.A fellow was coming out of the gift shop so we went inside.Stood at the cash register for about 5 minutes and the 2 staff didn't take any notice so we walked inside the exhibit.Later when we were asked for our BPs and said we had none no comment was made.Later we checked and found out it should have been at least $BD40 to get in.
The exhibit is the Concorde that made it's last flight to BGI.BGI was one of only 4 regular destinations from 1977-2004.
First you watch an audio visual presentation on the fuselage-
Then you are taken through an exhibit of memorabilia-
