Cancelling Amex Charge - what happens to booked free Accor night?

Hi all. Thinking of cancelling my Platinum Charge this week. I've already booked my free Accor night for mid December. Do you know if Amex cancels your Accor membership when you cancel your charge card? The Accor booking email says that the Accor membership needs tn be valid upon check out otherwise the full rate is payable.

I cancelled my Plat Charge 3 months ago. I still have all my elite hotel statuses (including Accor Plus Platinum) and my free night is booked for next february.
