Hi All,

I just checked in to Pullman as an a-club gold. Only thing I received, i think are a couple of bottles of water by the bed.

Just wondering if they was the complementary gift...

If people could let me know what to expect and how to redeem the free drink that would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Gumpy.

I am Platinum but it seems to be about the same as when I was Gold except 95% of the time I get a room upgrade.

As Gold you should get a voucher when you check in, allowing you to get a free drink at the bar. If you are alone you will usually get a single free drink. I always book as though there are 2 pax then I get an extra drink.

You can call them and they should send the voucher to your room. Always ask at reception when checking in though as they can be a bit hit and miss.

Good Luck... Which Pullman are you in??

Thanks Boss,

I'm in Cairns at the moment, I'll see if we can get a drinks voucher but the staff here don't really seem to know much about it all...

shame...

Had the same thing in AKL on the weekend.. They soon sorted it though.

Hope you get it sorted.... Inconsistancy annoys me in general.

You know what happened?

The email on my booking was different to my A-Club email so they signed me up again?

SO on the system I was a classic member again.

Some people are just so stupid, they should be de-sexed...
