I viewed the ad as saying "sexy, sassy, single girls work here", with a subtext of "fat, ugly businessmen should fly with us and they will flirt with you."

Doesn't do us much good unfortunately , we've already booked our PER-LAX return flights for February/March, and it would have been great to get double points on those ...

Hmmmmm - love these promotions - now watch for the threads about not getting the double points and having to lodge a retro claim and no response to the lodged claim and the length of time taken to respond.............sigh

I am wondering if status has something to do with sending of emails? I always get velocity emails about 12 hours before my husband, he is silver and I am gold!?

Well I got excited with the offer and decided it would be the perfect time to book my tickets to New York for Jan/ Feb.

Except the tickets that had extensive availability a day before this promotion and were priced around $1582 have all disappeared and it's now $2800 for the flights!!

While not the same hike as your fare Milboo, the domestic fares have increased too
Got abit excited myself there for awhile with a pile of internal flights to book.!

I have recently booked 15 VA flights through to 26 Mar 2015. LOL!

Only 2 flights remain that I can book.
