Hi
Can anyone recommend a good agent who specialises in luxury holidays
We travel frequently overseas and like to stay in nice hotels

Try a Virtuoso agent.Should be more experienced and have deals on upmarket hotels, cruises etc.
Here is a list for Australia.

We use a local Virtuoso agent and always pleased with her service.[/Category]

I also use a Virtuoso agent when booking certain hotels and resorts to maximise on breakfast inclusions, food and beverage or spa credits and potential upgrades.

I have used Jacada Travel. They are UK based but put together an amazing trip to Africa and the accomodation choices were perfect.

Subscribing - we'd be keen to get the details for a Virtuoso agent. Have a decent enough budget to spend on hotels.

Compliments to the OP for starting this thread. Have just received quotes for 4 properties we're staying at over the Xmas / NY period and the inclusions/benefits/price are all very impressive - have moved all our bookings over to take full advantage.

Well done!
(And it seems that the OP has not been back, since raising the question.:))

Good to read. Hopefully there is still more to come with potential upgrades. Keep us posted.

At this stage we only have 4 hotels as we changed to a couple of non Virt properties. Not sure on how we'll go with the upgrades given we're booking two rooms, but the good news is that all the credits double up because of the second room. All of them are offering welcome gifts, 4 x breakfast and either US$200 or GBP170 credits for spa / F&B .... with the added potential bonus for upgrades and early / late check in / out.

Feel pretty stupid we haven't taken advantage of Virtuoso before now.... geez, there's been some hotels over the years.

MichaelandJulie, have you checked out landedtravel? They are part of the Traveller Made Network and specialize in luxury travel throughout Central America, South America, and Antarctica. LANDED is also expanding into the African Safari space in 2019.
