Yeah, ok - I have a bonus points offer at BWS, so will see how it goes when I transact on that. Would be nice if it just appeared like the others; might draw in some more business for them too…

Shopped at BWS today, but no 10% discount offered or available after asking them to check. Bonus points were applied though.

I got two 'perks' this month:

It takes 12 months for all of the points to credited for the pet insurance offer. I'm not personally too enthused by either of them.

I got the travel insurance "perk".

I can't see anything I would purchase from the every day rewards shop. Far cheaper sources for the products elsewhere - even when considering a 7½% + $5 rebate.

This annoyed us so much that I complained via app chat that this is "not a perk" and explained as quoted with the further advice that if such continued as a "perk" we would be unlikely to renew.

They gave us 1000 points as a compensation. I guess $5 is often more then the value of some of the "perks" ,,,

It should still be available though. Last month I was prompted in store whether I'd like to use it - that's how I found out it was even a thing.

What's odd is that they haven't updated their landing page with this information: https://www.everyday.com.au/extra.html

It was only ever a perk. Clearly identified as such.

I forgot to redeem my box of tissues (which wasn't a perk anyway), however I did get on the in-app chat about the rubbish "perks" being offered and managed to score 2000 points ($10).
