I am posting this review as part of my trip report that can be found here http://www.australianfrequentflyer....rtugal-spain-then-fasa-61547.html#post1088012

Booked through airbnb, this apartment is described as a penthouse and is indeed on the top storey with 2 private terraces in addition to the 75sq m of living. It was the standout of all the accommodation that we used on this trip. It is about 1.5 km from the bus station via a web of narrow streets in the San Vincent/San Lorenzo neighbourhood. Everything is very new, everything works as it should & we are here for 4 days. The kitchen is small but well equipped (other than not having a electric jug), there is a great bathroom with choice of rain shower or plain head, 2 air conditioners (one for the bedroom end), a washing machine and a very comfortable bed. There is a private terrace at each end, giving good options of sun/shade. We are walking distance from a vast array of shops, restaurants & bars. Unfortunately our lack of Spanish & the hosts lack of English means there is very little interaction. As we spent our time visiting what Seville had to offer, we came to appreciate what a great location we were in while still mixing with locals & enjoying the serenity of the neighbourhood.
If you are visiting Seville we strongly recommend this apartment!
