We are members of the Hilton Club,NYC so used some of our points to stay here.It was billed as having views over the Ocean-well yes but at least 3 miles away.However it was a beautiful apartment,very quiet and just what we needed-it was planned as a rest break.So some pics of the apartment-a 1 bedroom-
An incredible deep bath,identical to those in the NYC Hilton Club.
The funny thing here was that this is a recent resort that has stalled due to the GFC.They also own the resort next door which is a Sheraton.So our TV had SPG channel-in a Hilton resort!
If here with the kids or grandkids this is a pretty good place-it overlooks Legoland.Also for the shopper of the family the Carlsbad Premium outlets are less than a mile away.On the other side of the resort to the Sheraton is the Crossings Golf club that reminded me a little of Barnbougle but with a lot more landscaping.If you are into night life,Forget it.
You can pay to come here without being an HGVC member and the rates are often pretty reasonable.
