I am posting this review as part of my trip report that is here http://www.australianfrequentflyer....tos/parts-portugal-spain-then-fasa-61547.html
It is about a 10-15 minute walk down from the bus station (would be less after the 1[SUP]st[/SUP] time) to this great complex of 6 rooms right on the historic main square. We score a room with 3 balconies, a view over the church, some river views & great people watching. The bed is magically soft, there is plenty of storage, free wifi, great shower, coffee pod machine, air con and breakfast included in the rate. Breakfast is a good spread-fresh orange juice, yoghurt, fruits, meats & cheese, good buns, good coffee & even some cake! There is a fridge and general kitchen facilities 1 floor down from our room-we didn't use this as we were still early in our trip, enjoying eating out at the very nearby restaurants and the food & drinks were good & to us incredibly cheap. This ranked as one of our favourite stays for the whole trip!
Photos are of our room & looking at the main square from one of the balconies. Last photo is of part of the shared facilities-there was also a dining table, tv room etc
