Milano Tourist Rest

At $60 US (including dinner & breakfast) we don’t expect the Ritz. As with all the hotels/guesthouses that we stayed in while touring with our driver, our room cost included accommodation & food for the driver. We get a comfortable queen bed with mozzie net above, a clean bathroom with loo & an open shower that wets everything. The is a tv, air con, fan & more than enough room for a sofa. There is free wi-fi that we eventually get started. Staff are outstanding- very friendly, attentive & competent. The beers are cold & the food is very acceptable-roast chicken & curry were night meals we had & breakfast was eggs any way, toast, tea, coffee & juice (including a super juice to reduce cholesterol).

Your right... it's no Palazzo Versace ;)

Thanks for sharing - sheems quite good value from what i've been told of costs in Italy.
