Had an overnighter here before our recent cruise.Closest SPG property to both ICN and the Port.Arrived just after 2100 and about an hour to go through Immigration and get bags so missed the last hotel shuttle.Got an International taxi-just under 30 minutes and 31000 Won($A30).
Pleasant check in lady.Offered 4pm check out immediately-we only wanted 1230.Obviously missed happy hour in lounge.Upgraded to an executive suite.Very comfortable,modern-only open 2 years.Breakfast in the lounge adequate.Previously plats had option of brekkie in restaurant but was told this not an option now.
The whole area is new.Over the road is extensive parkland-Central Park complete with a boathouse plus a religious themed park.
Next door is the Convention Centre and over the road from that several restaurants.A mile flat walk to the CBD and department stores.
So to the pictures, first the work area-

All in all a good hotel and price about one third of Seoul. All tours to DMZ etc can be accessed from the hotel but cost 10000 Won more than from Seoul per person.Considering that central Seoul hotels were ~ 300,000 Won dearer per night it is worth considering. Our prepaid rate was 150,000 Won($A130 on Amex).

Can I just say as a woman there is NEVER enough lighting in the bathoom for a woman to put on make up. You would think that in a brand new hotel this would not be a problem, but here the lighting is no better,
you still need to walk out to the window with a mirror and make sure you dont have too much make up on and look like a clown ! Plenty of closet space. and a nice big room with good views at present.
