Rarely in the room at check in ( unless you get there after 4 pm ).
I've always found, they do a room delivery run after 1 - 2pm.
Amazing !!
Today, I actually received my very first 'targeted' email offer from IC AMB program, offering the '2 x points per $ spend in-house' deal.
You have to follow the links to 'register'.
I did however, notice the 'code' at the end of the URL. It was a '32XX' there-abouts.
Registered, but not showing on 'My Offers' so far.
It's not a targeted offer, and the 2x excludes accommodation charges, I am currently a guest in house and was interested...
Haven't seen the offer as yet but does it mean 10 points per dollar on accommodation charges and 20 on extras?
Well, if it's 'not targeted', then call it whatever ...
but my email had my name and number on it, and required me to log in and then register for the offer.
I don't understand why you would need to 'register', when they already know 'who you are' ???
Just something I've noticed ...
Logged into the AMB Cert booking page recently ...
Sydney IC seem as if THEY are not offering KING CLUB rooms on the AMB Weekend Voucher anymore, from 2015 onward ...
Anybody say, if there was a change in Policy etc. or am I just looking up 'sold out' dates ?? ( Eg. weekends in June 2015 ? )

I was comped club access recently as a Platinum AMB, but there were two likely reasons behind this... one, was that it was a stay referencing a special occasion... and two, was that they also didn't have a next level room category upgrade to offer us at check-in. They did say they could find it if we waited for some time, or later moved, but we were perfectly fine with what we had booked, regardless.Does anyone have any experience with discount club access at IC Sydney?
$165 for one person seems a bit high.
