Ok, time for the fourth annual Asian lounge crawl, and we are back to HKG.

There is a new CX Pier F lounge, and hopefully by then the CX Pier J [-]and BA lounges[/-] will be open.

Get in quick while the QF $599 HKG sale is on.

A flash sale that lasts until midnight tonight.

I just booked and will return via BNE as the direct flight had gone - and no, I am not saying that like it is a bad thing. The only thing is, the HKG-BNE flight is showing as 'flex' but is booked into O. :?: Both the flight in and out of HKG are showing as new config, so might have to consider a points upgrade.

You guys are a bad influence. I was thinking of cutting back to 3 trips to Thailand next year to prolong bankruptcy by a month or 2 but this is too tempting to miss out.

Need to check availability but not interested in BNE-HKG flight on A330. I want the 747 but will have to settle back in economy.

More than likely but won't be booking any airfares today.

Leaving Sydney 05 June and returning from HKG on 16 June and airfares are $313 on way out and no sale fare on way back so Saver is $458 which means $781 <> $599 advertised airfare. In fact the sale is advertised as 25 April 2016 - 20 June 2016 but obviously black out period apply. I hate deceptive advertising.

I will wait before booking any airfares. Plus I will be arriving from CNX/BKK more than likely arrive Sunday morning and depart HKG late Sunday evening on a CX ~6,000 baht return economy airfare. I just need to convince myself that it is not wise to chase FF status and points at all times.

I'll be flying in on the 4th of June and departing on the 18th if anyone is around. Planning to spend a majority of the 18th crawling between the CX and QF lounges

I visited there last week and I thought it was fabulous. I might have to rush through the other lounges to maximise the time there.

(The smoked duck was superb).
