Last Saturday night I spent a very relaxing few hours in the SQ Private Room a Changi. I left my departure from the lounge a little too late and the nice lounge attendant was certain that I would need a buggy to make my flight.

Well the driver was a complete hero. Not sure how fast those buggies go but I really could feel the wind in my face as he swerved in and out of the walking pax along the concourse. It was great fun, he was good at judging whom was going where and cutting a course

Yes, I did make it and had quite a ride along the way.

I must admit I opened this thread because I thought you were talking about rides that had bugs/problems with the machinery. But was amused to find out you were talking about a different kind of buggy altogether.

More buggies I say, have them lined up at the lounge entrance about 5 mins before boarding.

Line 'em up, place your bets, and see who can reach the gate first (points deducted for mowing down other pax)!

I'm surprised SQ doesn't offer complimentary buggy rides for guests of The Private Lounge to gate.
