Of course. But I'd like to see it in action. The doors don't open all the way to the ground, so I assume a gentleman just opens the door, stands in front and, ummm ... move along now ... nothing to see here ... (100Ks is 10 cents)

When I still lived in the UK, the council in Bristol introduced these to the city centre streets on Friday and Saturday nights....
