Booking Classic Flight Reward from Brazil with Qantas

I am not having any luck with trying to book a reward flight from Rio to Santiago with Qantas Points on the website. Firstly, I can’t seem to select Rio as a departure airport on the Qantas website, and secondly when I visit the Qantas Brazil website the ‘new booking’ tool disappears. Does anyone know what is happening here? Booking from the other direction (i.e. Santiago to Rio) seems to be fine, but not in reverse.

Have to book over the phone. Qantas website can only book flights originating from certain countries.
