I use Quidco (UK based, does require a UK bank account for payouts over a certain amount, and for you to be UK based to sign up).

It has never paid out on rewards nights, so that is a differing factor.
It does generally have a better rate (8% - 15% is common, generally sits around 10%).
Recently I've had huge issues with getting purchases tracked. Not sure why, but suspect my IP address isn't appreciated. Normally a claim sorts out the issue.

But if you're in the UK - In many cases, Quidco is better than Ebates for HI (esp. since their usual rate is about 4.5%)

Am looking to sign up to Ebates though - never know what I might be able to use.

Signed up for ebates,it's a pity I have already paid for my upcoming Melbourne H.I stay though but will use it for any future bookings.
Cheers
N'oz
