So March 2012 as a Velocity Gold I took advantage of the Priority Club Elite offer.. however it was a nightmare trying to chase it up as I never saw anything come through. I called Velocity a few times and got the number of someone from IHG in the Phillipines (IIRC). In the end I gave up as it was too hard getting my complimentary membership and I chose other hotels over IHG in the past year.

Incredibly last week I received this letter from PriorityClub with a new (and first), downgraded card. Fortunately before too long I will be Platinum with Velocity so will take up the Hilton HHonours offer instead.

On the Priority Club website I can only find phone numbers or emails. Any idea of an Australian address I can send my card back to and tell them I'm no longer interested?

Why return it, it will end up in the bin anyway.

Hey, I got mine this week, too, after qualifying about a year ago.

And yes, it was the wrong level.
