Norwegian Air - Feedback please

Gday everyone!

I'm wondering if anyone here has flown Norwegian Air which seems to have very competitive fares. I learnt that they started flying from Bangkok in 2013 and one of the cheapest fare from BKK to Oslo.

Any comments re Norwegian's reliability, comfort, service etc much appreciated.

BTW, I am planning to go to EU mid-August 2015 and returning via Toronto.

No direct experience but one of the staff in my usual hotel used them to fly to Europe earlier this year and said they were good. This person does however, fly as cheap as possible, so it might all be relative.
