Cant find a place to book fares found on ITA Matrix

Hi all,

Wondering if any of the experts can assist, I have found a couple of fares on ITA Matrix, however I have not been able to get anywhere close to the same price when trying to book the tickets on many online booking sites.

Ive tried Expdia, Orbitz and Zuji. I even tried the airline website directly?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Is there a well know site that I can use to actually book the fares I find on Matrix?

I found out that the fare bucket I was trying to book was sold out apparently, at least that is what a couple of agents told me.
So took the next best I could find, which was actually via the Emirates site itself.

Obviously I cannot speak for/to others' experiences but friends had a horrible time with e-dreams a couple of years ago, enough to put me off them. Googling at the time indicated many others had issues with them as well.

Sometimes it pays to check with overseas agents as well, booking classes that are not available here might be available in another country. expedia.ie or something like that

Agree - just be careful to know your Credit Card Terms and Conditions. Even if you pay in AUD with an Australian Credit Card provider, if the merchant is OS, your provider may charge you an International Vendor Fee equivalent to the Forex Fee (I've been inadvertently burned by this). 3% surcharge is a lot of money for nothing.
