QF res wait times

Hi all

Trying to make a phone booking for my mother-in-law (using her bronze FF number) and the reservations estimated hold time is between 55 mins and over an hour. Is this normal phone wait time for a bronze these days?

Or should I just call using my Plat FF# to get through quicker, do the agents frown upon this?
