Flexiroam X
Roaming sticker sim-card for over 100 countries - works in conjunction with existing SIM (although not simultaneously - its essentially like swapping SIMs)
https://youtu.be/CXejhTnE9oY
Offer: 100 MB Free signup.
My benefit: 100 MB.
Code: 34WKPP
Link: http://web.flexiroamx.com
Costs:
FREE - To download and begin earning free data - a bunch of 100-300MB codes around (check the Flexiroam facebook page and twitter - I'm above 1000MB, and it looks like they will be running more promos over the Olympics)
US$9.99 - 12mth subscription - needed to be able to use the data
US$5 - Postage for the "Sticker SIM"
US$29.99 - 1GB data pack (if you run out of free data)
Applying the Sticker SIM was pretty easy - they essentially supply a blank plastic card that you drop your existing SIM into - although i had to use a knife to ensure the sticker sim lifted away properly.
Switching SIMs is pretty easy

Gotcha's
Minimum charge per hour = 10MB... Thus you want to be switching roaming data on/off or you are up for 240MB... Given most hotels have Wifi I figure you could get away with a few hours of use per day when oversesas if you are thinking about it, so even on paid data it could work out at about A$2/day which is pretty good.
I havent used it overseas yet but have tested on Android in Australia.
If you are thinking of travelling - and want a simple adhoc data SIM it looks pretty good.
Might as well sign up see if you can build up some data, then decide if you want it.
Mine is now firmly attached to my Orange Spain SIM - E1/day in Europe, and Flexiroam for other places.
