    My salary is less than 70k and still able to get this card. Just applied for the Amex Platinum one as well earlier this week and got approved instantly. So now will have 4 cards: 28 degrees, ANZ rewards platinum, Amex Platinum and this. Probably will close the ANZ soon.

    I was able to get the deal via referral link using 4G connection (not wifi). But looks like that's no longer available as well (200k points now).

    Not even Silver yet, lol. Nothing available for booking straight away, so I just waitlisted everything and now got this changed to reserved. Maybe just lucky and randomly selected?

    One of my waitlisted bookings has changed status to Reserved. PER-SGN on 23/12/2023. Economy only though. Not sure if I should confirm the booking now as I have to pay $75 later to cancel it.

    Why not redeem now? Velocity points do not expire.
