    Google “credit report ban Equifax” Click on website Choose “ban my Equifax credit report” Follow the directions. Elect for them to notify other reporting agencies as well Checking the data that Optus has is a bit more complicated, is there someone who can help her?

    Post paid customer for 12 months from 17-18. Cancelled July 2018. No middle name, address and birthdate correct, phone number obviously not correct as cancelled, no document numbers. Phew!

    I’ve had this one, I kept pushing them as to which bank the account was held at and they kept fluffing around. Eventually they said “Commonwealth Bank” nup wrong answer - don’t have an account with them

    Yep, no problem paying it back. Personally though I tend to own my “mistakes/delays” and would just cop it especially for such a small amount rather than going to all the hassle of recouping it. I appreciate that the money is not mums 👍

    @mrsterryn Even for Commonwealth Superannuation? I thought they talked to each other. She has had to fill out a schedule for for her allocated pension (MLC investments) but never for changes in Commonwealth Super

    I do have an email transcript of “chat” which says the booking is confirmed and payment received so I will print it out. I specifically asked if the booking was valid.

    I recently booked a jetstar flight using a Qantas credit. I can see the booking in my QFF account and by manage booking in Jetstar but have not received an e-ticket/itinerary from either airline. I can select seats on Jetstar. Is this just a case of two airline confusion or hsd it possibly not...

    I was standing in the queue at the bank last week and the woman at the teller was really upset. She had clicked on a link for LINKT and paid the money. She was trying to find out if her account had been compromised.
