I am a VA gold flying HKG<> LHR on Virgin Atlantic in PE in a few weeks time. Can anyone confirm my understanding of lounge access? My take is that: PE doesn't get lounge access on VS As the VS HKG lounge is a 3rd party lounge there is no VA access I should be able to get access to a Plaza...

Hi folks I wonder if anyone is able to give advice on where the Virgin Atlantic service desk is located at Hong Kong airport. The airport guide says W1 but the maps don't show where that is. Last time I flew through HKG it took ages to find desk E1 and I'd like to be forearmed this time!
