You're not being a snob. The southern suburbs (and I think east?) are definitely the places to pick if staying outside of the arrondissements. You know that they don't put handbrakes on when parked so that people can quite literally bump their way out 😆

This happened to me when I added flights onto an existing booking which would change the existing booking into a OWA and thus the points would be capped at 318K. The agent was told this when he checked to see that the flights were available and confirmed that the total points would be 318K ...

It doesn't say if, it says banks generally do. Don't you know whether your bank charges you fees for foreign transactions? Mine does, so yes, there are fees!
