i had this niggling fear that the changes would include a move away from SC toward a spend based program. This mornings releases would imply otherwise which is a bit of a relief.

So i was able to pick up a MEL-SYD-SCL reward on QF where the SYD-SCL could not be booked as a standalone. I assume due to the weird married segment logic. If i call the call centre, would they be able to drop the MEL-SYD leg?

It ended up being same day if i recall correctly. You can call flying blue call centre and reserve then call bay and pay within 24h

has anyone else struggled to get through in the last few days? Have got some awards i need to get sorted and its been a >25m wait each time....

Does anyone have experience with flying blue transfers from CBA and how long they take? I have just transferred in but FB can only do a. 24 hour hold on a partner redemption.

Lmao I’m talking about being chased for the card before the flight has departed? I’m saying collect an hour after departure and be chill about it as opposed to asking me 4 times within 6 seconds of boarding the flight.

Having taken quite a few QF J flights recently (albeit not to/from BKK) - I also find that I'm always being chased for a completed breakfast card... Does feel all a bit rushed when it really doesn't need to be....

QF 81 Syd-SIN Saver Y > J on Wednesday 19th July just cleared for me. Lucky as when I booked a few days ago there was only 2 J seats still for sale… WP here.

It looks like all day check-in at Sydney is no longer offered. Flew QF147, arriving to check in at about 12pm (for a 5:45pm departure) last week and check in was closed until about ~4 hours before departure, with baggage capacity downstairs cited as the reason. Am flying QF 5 & 11 in the coming...
