Am I understanding correctly that you were working 5/2 swings, as in working Monday to Friday, MEl-ADL-OLP? That would be a hellish routine unless it was compensated by all travel being in work time? That would mean you were being paid for 5 x 12 hr shifts per week? Or am I guessing correctly...

Have flown the A318 quite a few times, on Avianca. I think maybe on Lan Chile also (before they became LATAM)? Externally, they look a bit cute (small?), but once inside obviously all much of a muchness. Having said that, the first time I saw an A321 it looked bizarre, like, stretched! :)

Yeah, maybe with sites with many contractors, etc. But IMHO when you do regular FIFO you learn.....
