I think this is a good move. Rewarding flyers who keep flying after they've retained their status and giving them the reward for continued loyalty is a good thing.

It's a step in the right direction at least! It's just not clear whether you have to earn all of the SCs yourself or does family pooling count towards that.

They'll simply try to put you on the next available JQ flight, which is usually the next day! I will never book that JQ flight again. Too unreliable. Really, if you cancel, you have to put people on a similar flight or as close as possible and it's easily done when QF is part of the same friggin...

This is a rather frequent occurrence and they won't accommodate passengers on the corresponding QF flight, which leaves almost around the same time.

So, if I'm a WP with QF and have an MU ticket (no QF code), will I get access to the QF First Lounge in SYD then?

Can an MU ticket give access to the QF lounges in Sydney if the flights are not QF-coded?
