Yeah, another one from the CW Wines stable. I preferred the 2021 McLaren Vale to the 2022 Barossa version. I ordered 3 6-packs (before they went to dozens), with various codes to get about the price you paid, with a bonus as one 6-pack order turned up as 2 taped together.

I'm just taking a punt, never heard of them before, but nicely ripe 15% a/v Barossa Shiraz is getting a bit rare these days and my tasting group people will lap it up if it's not a dud.

My second 6-pack arrived today, tried one from the first pack tonight, big, dark, tannic, oaky, lovely wine, needs time, but better than the 2016/2018 for my money.

I preferred the McLaren Vale 2021, seemed a bit smoother than the 2022 Barossa which had some hard tannin and slightly jangly acid. I went back for more of the McLarenVale with one of the $40 codes that worked for a 6-pack.

Yes, it's a good deal at $13, I actually prefer it to the 2022 Barossa Shiraz and it's under Diam, not natural cork.
