Delayed, late night departure out of HBA last night resulting in a frustrated, rowdy crowd with pax trying to sneak their way into the PB queue. Good to see enforcement of PB with ineligible pax being knocked to the back of the queue.

Yeah I've started using the general boarding queue when there's a long priority boarding queue. I've found general boarding faster if you're at the front of the queue now that they call both general and priority at the same time.

This has happened to me for upgrademe points too. Seat map shows available seats in the booking flow, staff tell me that it isn't an accurate reflection of the flight loads and the seats are available when I get onboard. Maybe they don't want to release non-revenue seats for last minute...

Just want to chime in and say not all frequent flyers have a lot of money. When I started frequent flying I was fresh out of uni with a low salary, work covered me to a limited extent but an incident where I was hundreds of dollars out of pocket would really hurt my budget.
