Seen it all before . Any Qantas "enhancement' is an enhancement for QF's bottom line - in my experience they usually do not bring any benefits for the average punter !

I agree but would not an option be to try to address some of the issues that their relationship into that position - eg QF consider no longer opposing increased QR flights to Australia, review the current QF / Emirates arrangements . I am guessing that QF knows it is going downhill - lousy...

I am wondering if Qantas should be looking a increasing reward seat availability on non QF metal. Who knows how they can do it but once i remember there were significant seats available on BA ,CX and Qatar for example . Maybe subsidize those airlines to release more seats. Could QF explore ways...

If QFF is going to release more seats for more points or extra fees ,and there is a limited number of award seats , doesn't that mean there will be a reduction in the number of classic reward seats !

I've experienced this issue in the past and noted to the operator that i can see available reward seats but she ( or he) cant ! I'm not sure what the reason is but i've been told that they can directly access the airlines booking engine and that is what counts !

I would have thought it would be good sense to remove these posts about inadvertent points refunds to members . To be fair , I have seen the opposite happen as well but sometimes it is best to be quiet - there may be some way of identifying the lucky recipient and clawing the points back !

I'm am booked domestic rededeal ( class e ) and want to use points to upgrade to J for 2 of us. I would not like to be in the situation where one of us got the upgrade but not the other .
