    Perhaps you lost the passes when cancelling the card, I have a Citi prestige and am aware via others experiences that upon cancellation priority pass access is immediately terminated.

    Yeah mate it’s a no brainer, more back in your pocket than using Shopback/Cashrewards. You do pay full up front and get a reimbursement on your card 2/3 weeks later.
