Qantas has been approved from IASC to launch Qantas and Jetstar flights utilising a mix of QF 73H’s, E190’s and Jetstar A321’s. Qantas is planned to take the BNE route, starting 3 x a week moving to daily later. Jetstar is planned to take the SYD route starting at 4 x a week.

The QLD government tried to shut it as part of the deal when VA1 collapsed.,, but BNE simply doesn’t have the depth of talent pool that a MEL/SYD has so it’s not surprising to hear they are still being key roles in SYD.

Did Virgin actually close their Sydney corporate office? Apparently they are struggling to find talent to fill key roles in Brisbane and are quietly allowing people to still work in Sydney. Which makes complete sense given the concentration of corporate talent in Mel/Syd, but I thought they...

Did you have linked accounts for pooling? Apparently Velocity use a ‘stupid’ bot that runs through accounts and looks for deviations in addresses on pools and then auto-suspends for no reason. There’s been a few posts about that previously.
