Id be very surprised if in-flight service wasn't closely aligned with QR.
CNS-HND wasn't a huge step up from DPS flying. This is a whole different kettle of fish and QR will ensure as much.
Most of the transcon (not BQB….) and DRW flights seem to be 321N already but most trans Tasman seems to be on the CEO so might see some there down the track.
BA also has massive shortage of wide body aircraft with lots of 787 engine issues so I don’t think anything will happen until this is sorted, would be highly dependent on QR being able to codeshare.

Seems like there will be further delays for return of the A380s, not sure what impact will have on the schedule
In all honesty the seat and the service is exactly the same not sure what else you’re expecting, the A380 has the lounge to be fair but otherwise I can’t think of any difference, if anything the service might be much quicker than that on the 787/380
i dont know why PER / QF dont drop the numbering of "T3" and have a standalone T4 which is basically how it operates, particularly for people unfamiliar with PER and might think a convoluted terminal change is required.
Ive done some sailing around the Canaries and a few holidays over the years. In all honesty if youre after landscape / history the mainland is far more interesting. As per above La Palma is probably the nicest of the islands.
The issue with MEL is the tiny corridor all arrivals are squeezed into and theyve put kiosks down one side of it
We really need to get rid of the need for the kiosk process - even just for AU passport holders.
